Carolyn was the production manager for 10 years before being promoted to Human Resources Director for 23 years with Chesapeake Publishing Corporation. She has experience in managing staffs, dealing with employment law, creating employee handbooks, benefit administration, and training managers, department heads and other staffers. She started her own company, Manager Training Simplified, LLC to share her expertise.
